These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ReviewsEraser (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to the removal of negative reviews from online platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1Services
- 1.1
We offer services to assist individuals and businesses in removing negative reviews from online platforms.
- 1.2
Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. We will make reasonable efforts to remove the negative reviews you ask us to remove, but removal depends on the policies and decisions of the platform concerned and we cannot guarantee that any individual review will be removed. This is why every order is covered by our 100% money-back guarantee (see section 2.5).
- 1.3
If we are unable to remove the review(s) covered by your order, you are entitled to a full refund under our 100% money-back guarantee, as set out in section 2.5.
2Payment
- 2.1
Payment for our services is divided into two parts: 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment.
- 2.2
The advance payment is due upon acceptance of our services and before any work commences.
- 2.3
The balance payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services.
- 2.4
Failure to make payment in accordance with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of our services.

100% Money-Back Guarantee. If we are unable to remove the review(s) covered by your order, we will refund 100% of the fees you have paid for that order. To request a refund, contact us in writing using the details on our Contact page.

3Client Responsibilities
- 3.1
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services effectively.
- 3.2
You agree to cooperate with us and provide any assistance or information reasonably requested to facilitate the removal of negative reviews.
4Limitation of Liability
- 4.1
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
5Confidentiality
- 5.1
We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.
6Termination
- 6.1
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
- 6.2
Upon termination, you will remain liable for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.
7Amendments
- 7.1
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
8Governing Law
- 8.1
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Courts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

What happens if my review is not removed?
You are entitled to a full refund. Under section 2.5, if we are unable to remove the review(s) covered by your order, we refund 100% of the fees you have paid for that order.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us in writing, by email to ceo@reviewseraser.com or through our Contact page, with your order details and the review(s) covered by your order.
When is the balance payment due?
The 50% advance is due when you accept our services and before work starts. The 50% balance is due once the agreed services are complete (sections 2.1 to 2.3).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Either party may end these Terms at any time with written notice. You remain liable only for outstanding payments for services provided up to the date of termination (section 6).
Will you share my information with anyone?
No, except where necessary to provide the service or where the law requires it (section 5). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Can these Terms change?
Yes. We may update these Terms, and changes take effect when they are posted on this page (section 7). The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
