These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ReviewsEraser (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to the removal of negative reviews from online platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

1.1. We offer services to assist individuals and businesses in removing negative reviews from online platforms.

1.2. Our services are provided on a best-effort basis, and while we will make reasonable efforts to remove negative reviews, we cannot guarantee complete success.

1.3. Once we have begun work on removing negative reviews, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for our services is divided into two parts: 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment.

2.2. The advance payment is due upon acceptance of our services and before any work commences.

2.3. The balance payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services.

2.4. Failure to make payment in accordance with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of our services.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services effectively.

3.2. You agree to cooperate with us and provide any assistance or information reasonably requested to facilitate the removal of negative reviews.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by providing written notice to the other party.

6.2. Upon termination, you will remain liable for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.

7. Amendments

7.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Courts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
